What is the refunding policy?

30 Day Return Policy 

We have a strong 30 day return policy upon receiving your item(s). You may return the item only within 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is NOT used and remains in the original packaging. Please note buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping.

After 30 days we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know. We want to make sure your buying experience remains pristine. 

Damaged Product

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days upon receiving the item. After 30 days we will NOT be able to refund any items.


Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to [email protected]


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]



Returns 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 


Additional non-returnable items: 

- Gift cards 

- Downloadable software products 

- Some health and personal care items 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Book with obvious signs of use 

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 


How do I return an item?


If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days from your order delivery date. Please fill out this form to process your return. Each return will be manually processed by our customer service team and you will be notified if the return is approved.


Please note all returns must be in the original condition with packaging intact.


Will I have to pay the shipping fee for return orders?


Yes, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


What if the item ordered is defective, incorrect or damaged?


Please contact our customer service team within 14 days from your order delivery date. To expedite your claim, please include photographs of the product. We will process all claims as soon as possible to ensure you receive a replacement item free-of-charge.


How long does the returns process take?


Due to the large amount of daily orders, processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email to confirm that your return order has been processed.


What should I do if I want a refund?


You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you want a refund, you will need to return the product to us. The returned product has not been used and has original packaging. We will refund you after we receive the returned product and check it.

Step 1: You can contact our service team to explain the request. Our team will give you a return address.Contact email is [email protected]

Step 2: You will need to return the product to us at the address we provided to you. And tell us to track the number.

Step 3: We receive the product and check it.

Step 4: Check that the product is returned as required. Give you a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund times are generally issued within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Please contact your card's bank to inquire when the credit refund will be posted to your account. Due to varying banks, it may take up to several weeks before a credit is issued back to your account.
